Our Founders
Pastors Angel and Iverilyn Rodriguez have been happily married for over 38 years and have shared more than 40 years of life together, building a marriage founded on faith, love, commitment, and God's grace.
They are the proud parents of four adult children, blessed with four beautiful grandchildren, and enjoy spending time with their beloved family dog, Roxy, who is a treasured part of their family.
Their Story
With more than 30 years of ministry experience, Pastors Angel and Iverilyn Rodriguez have dedicated their lives to serving God by serving people. They faithfully pastored for over 20 years, leading congregations, mentoring leaders, and helping individuals and families grow in their faith and relationships.
In 2020, God placed a vision in their hearts to launch MarriageNow, a ministry committed to restoring, strengthening, and enriching marriages and families through biblical principles, life coaching, mentoring, workshops, and relationship education. Their passion is to help couples build healthy, Christ-centered relationships that thrive for generations.
They are both Ordained Pastors, Certified Life Coaches, Marriage Mentors, and certified facilitators for SYMBIS and Prepare/Enrich, equipping dating, engaged, and married couples with practical tools for lasting relationships.
As their vision continued to grow, they founded Leadership Toolbox, a leadership development ministry that equips pastors, ministry leaders, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit leaders through coaching, mentorship, certification programs, and practical leadership training.
Pastor Iverilyn Rodriguez is the founder of Arriving Life Coaching, a ministry dedicated to helping individuals discover healing, purpose, and personal growth. She is also the author of the inspirational book Arriving, encouraging readers to overcome obstacles and embrace God's purpose for their lives.
Pastor Angel Rodriguez is the founder of Kingdom Chaplaincy International Services (KCIS), where he equips and certifies chaplains to serve as Spiritual First Responders, bringing hope, compassion, and Christ-centered care to communities in times of need.
In January 2026, God opened the door for Angel and Iverilyn to establish the Kingdom Resource Center (KRC), a Christ-centered nonprofit organization that serves as the umbrella ministry for all of their initiatives. Through KRC, they continue to equip leaders, strengthen marriages and families, develop ministries, and serve communities locally, nationally, and internationally.
Whether they are mentoring couples, coaching individuals, training leaders, or serving their community, their mission remains the same: to glorify God by helping people discover hope, strengthen their families, develop their leadership, and fulfill their God-given purpose.
