She is passionate about empowering individuals, couples, and families to grow in faith, discover their purpose, and build healthy relationships.
Through coaching, mentorship, and ministry, Iverilyn inspires others to embrace transformation and live with intention and hope.

Executive Coordinator
Katherine Cruz serves as the Executive Coordinator for KRC. In her leadership role, she oversees event planning, fundraising initiatives, and volunteer development, ensuring that organizational events and community outreach efforts are carried out with excellence.
Katherine works closely with the Executive Board to coordinate logistics, build partnerships, develop volunteer leaders, and strengthen community engagement as KRC continues to fulfill its mission of restoring individuals, strengthening families, and rebuilding communities.
Jeremy Cruz

Jeremy Cruz serves as the Executive Treasurer for the organization, providing trusted financial leadership, strategic guidance, and stewardship of its resources.
As the organization's Financial Advisor, he plays a vital role in ensuring financial integrity and supporting the long-term growth of the mission.
Alongside his wife, Katherine, Jeremy faithfully serves as a Founders Assistant, offering dedicated support to the organization's leadership. His passion, commitment, and unwavering dedication make him an invaluable member of the team, helping to advance the vision and impact of the organization.
