As Spiritual First Responders, our chaplains serve with compassion, professionalism, and integrity, offering a calm and caring presence during times of crisis, grief, trauma, illness, loss, and emergency situations.

The Kingdom Chaplaincy Services International (KCSI) Certified Chaplain Certification is a comprehensive 2-day certification program consisting of a total of 10 hours of training.
The program is designed to prepare and equip men and women who desire to serve God and their communities through chaplaincy.
Our training provides essential foundations for serving with integrity, compassion, respect, professionalism, and excellence, especially when supporting individuals and families during times of need, crisis, hardship, or transition.
As KCSI Chaplains, our calling is to serve as “Spiritual First Responders,” bringing a presence of hope, prayer, spiritual support, compassionate care, and practical preparedness to our communities.

Benefits of Becoming a KCSI Certified Chaplain
Upon successfully completing the KCSI training and certification requirements, participants will be able to:
• Receive official credentials as a KCSI Certified Chaplain.
• Receive CPR & First Aid Certification upon successful completion of the required training.
• Become part of the Kingdom Chaplaincy Services International community.
• Participate in ongoing KCSI chaplain training and continuing education.
• Develop skills to provide spiritual support, prayer, compassionate presence, and encouragement to individuals and families experiencing difficult circumstances.

• Represent Kingdom Chaplaincy Services International as a Certified Chaplain, in accordance with KCSI policies, standards, and requirements.

KCSI Certified Chaplain training helps prepare chaplains with foundational skills that may be used to support individuals, families, and communities in a variety of settings.
Depending on the requirements, approval processes, and authorization of each organization or institution, opportunities may include:
• Community outreach programs and events
• Churches and community organizations
• Family and community support programs
• Nursing homes and senior-care settings
• Hospitals and healthcare environments
• Crisis-support and community-response initiatives
• Community initiatives involving police departments, fire departments, first responders, and other public-service organizations
KCSI Certification and CPR & First Aid Certification do not guarantee automatic access, appointment, employment, or authorization to serve within any specific institution or agency. Each organization or agency may establish its own requirements, background checks, credentials, training, and approval processes.

Becoming a KCSI Certified Chaplain represents a commitment to serve others with compassion, integrity, respect, professionalism, preparedness, and excellence.
Through this 2-day, 10-hour certification program, participants receive comprehensive chaplaincy training along with CPR & First Aid Certification Training, helping prepare them to respond to both the spiritual and practical needs of the communities they serve.
KCSI Chaplains are equipped to be present when people need encouragement and support—bringing hope, prayer, spiritual care, compassionate presence, and a willingness to respond when their communities need them most.
